Green Energy – GE 005

✅ High-range superplasticizer with extended setting time for long-distance transport, self-compacting concrete, and prestressed concrete.

✅ Complies with ASTM C494 Types G.

✅ Provides long-lasting slump retention, making it suitable for concrete production in hot climate conditions.

Production materials:

  • Produced from active Polyethylene Glycol Methacrylate (PEGMA) as the primary raw material.

Characteristics:

  • High-range superplasticizer with extended setting time and excellent slump retention.

  • Reduces mixing water by more than 22%, resulting in a corresponding reduction in cement content.

  • Improves workability and maintains consistency for up to 180 minutes.

  • Reduces bleeding and material segregation; enhances concrete mix homogeneity; minimizes concrete shrinkage; increases concrete density; and improves water impermeability.

  • Chloride-free, non-corrosive to reinforcing steel, non-toxic to humans, and environmentally friendly.

  • Complies with ASTM C494 Types F and G.

Applications:

  • GE-005 is used as a superplasticizer with extended setting time for concrete mixtures, enhancing early strength development at R3 and R7.

  • Improves concrete quality by enhancing workability and increasing productivity and efficiency during concrete construction works.

  • Suitable for road works, industrial floors, civil construction projects, and hydropower projects.

  • Applicable to foundation structures, bored piles, slabs, columns, and related structural elements.

  • Suitable for mass concrete foundation structures.

  • Applicable to various types of piles and precast concrete slab and floor elements.

  • Suitable for driven concrete piles.

  • Applicable to port and harbor structures, aviation and airport projects, highways, and related infrastructure works.

  • Particularly effective for concrete made with low-quality aggregates and cement with limited adaptability.

  • GE-005 is suitable for projects requiring concrete with compressive strength ≤ 70MPa.
