Green Energy – GE 006

✅ A plasticizing and water-reducing admixture with early strength development, suitable for precast concrete elements and centrifugally spun concrete piles.

✅ Provides long-lasting slump retention, making it suitable for concrete production in hot climate conditions.

Production materials:

  • Produced from active Polyethylene Glycol Methacrylate (PEGMA) as the primary raw material.

Characteristics:

  • GE-006 is a high-range water-reducing admixture (superplasticizer).

  • Reduces mixing water by more than 40%, resulting in a corresponding reduction in cement content.

  • Improves workability and maintains consistency for up to 120 minutes.

  • Promotes high early-age strength development; prevents material segregation; improves workability; and significantly minimizes shrinkage cracking when concrete is cured at elevated temperatures.

  • Chloride-free, non-corrosive to reinforcing steel, non-toxic to humans, and environmentally friendly.

  • Complies with ASTM C494 Type F.
